Remote customer support jobs with no phone work mentioned

Frontline customer support specialist, associate, agent and advocate roles that look remote and do not mention phone work in the listing text.

Phone work not mentioned in the listing - we scan each listing for words like phone, call, inbound, outbound, dialer and call center, and hide jobs that mention them. It is not a guarantee: always read the full listing on the employer's site.

12+ matching customer support listings come from our live board using the same daily refresh as the rest of the site. We do not invent employers, salaries or openings.

What counts as customer support here

We look for customer-facing wording (customer, client, member, patient, merchant, etc.) plus support/service/care/experience, plus a frontline noun such as specialist, associate, agent, advocate or representative. Manager, director and software-engineer titles are excluded from this category even if they sit in a support department.

Phone work is common—so we filter hard

Many CX jobs are phone-first. This board exists for people trying to avoid that. If a listing still slips through, re-scan for call / voice / headset language before you invest in a long application.

Common questions

Why so few customer support jobs some weeks?

Phone-heavy CX is common, and our filter removes those listings.

Do you guarantee no phone forever?

No. We only report that phone work was not mentioned in the scanned listing.

Is this the same as chat support?

Chat is a subset with an extra channel signal. A job can appear in both.
